As a graduate from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and a member of CMMOTA association, Shelly is passionate about helping people reach their wellness goals. She specializes in a light to moderate pressure that is fluid and grounding and incorporates assessment into each session to make sure her clients get the best possible outcomes. It is important to her that she creates a safe comfortable space for all and is guided by a holistic approach for mind & body balance. Shelly is also certified in cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, and reiki.
In her off time you can find her wandering in nature with her dog Gus.
